Don't trade authenticity for approval
I had to create a figure made out of all type. I chose the phrase "don't trade authenticity for approval" because I had to deal a lot in the past with not knowing who I am and thinking that my strengths were weaknesses. In fact, being weird and creative is a really cool thing.

Artist Statement
Growing up in a toxic environment, doodling was my way of escaping and coping. I would doodle on anything from journals, folders, books or anything my sharpies would let me. I don't have a specific goal in mind when I start to create a doodle. I just let it flow naturally unless there's a specific message I want people to interpret on their own. It's a good feeling; realizing my potential and creating the confidence I need to finally start showing my art and making a difference.
