For this piece I was mostly detail oriented. I used several types lines to portray different textures such as the stones having a stippled texture and the creature in the well having hatched and cross hatched lines. I got inspired to create this piece when I thought of a well and how I can incorporate horror elements into the piece such as the creature.

Artist Statement
I am currently and an animation student at SLCC. I enjoy doing pen/ink artwork since it's a medium I am proficient at. I also enjoy doing painting as well as digital artwork. I try to develop eye catching pieces by creating textures, shading and contrast using pen.
