This was my proposal for the poster contest for the Art Show. I used Adobe Illustrator to create the illustration and InDesign to add the type and finish the composition for the final output. I continued the style I did for the zine, where I have the woman as the main character. I wanted to connect the ideas that I have in my mind “flying” all the time by making her hair as the background and holding rolls of paper where those ideas or paper planes come from. Paper is the medium I use the most and where every idea and first sketch starts.

Artist Statement
I am a self motivated, goal oriented woman who works hard on any task from start to finish. I am driven by my passion about Graphic Design to build the career and the person I am today. I strive to be a creative graphic designer and communicator, visually understanding a graphic problem and transfer it on paper or graphic software delivering the final product as requested. My organizational skills and attention to detail will hopefully make my work stand out.
