The objective of this project was to create a black and white newspaper ad for a company or organization chosen in class. The name, logo and address information was supplied. We had to incorporate as many design and type elements as needed to make the design interesting and appropriate. It was also required to have a headline, 5 items and/or services with accompanying name/title, price, and a descriptive paragraph. The concept I developed was targeted for a more adult audience as my idea was to quickly catch their attention by using the popular phrase “It’s not you, it’s me” but giving it a twist and “blaming it” on the closet. To make it more visible to the public and show a messy closet but what the store offers to make it organized I decided to take my own photo and illustrate the products. I took the photo as well including my dog. I used InDesign to create the final output
