I love painting portraits! My goal is to not only capture a likeness but also the spirit that is found within every person.

My entire adult career has been in helping people be healthy. As a young adult I was a registered nurse ( primarily in intensive care units). I then became a dentist.

When I retired I made it my goal to study art as intensely and with as much discipline and dedication as I did both nursing and dentistry.

Every person has a unique and very interesting story. It is my hope that I can convey a part of that story in each portrait that I paint.
