I wanted to do something funny, yet terrifying. Starting out with the big fish, was my favorite part. Although they're quiet small little animals, making it big, with a bunch of detail, made it more scary. I did this setting in a fish bowl, because I wanted there to be fun and bright colors. And I love the body language of the man, how scared he is. I wanted this piece to look like it came out of a horror movie.

Artist Statement
I am in school to learn Illustration. My favorite is oil painting and drawing with graphite, though more recently I've been working on digital art, mostly Photoshop. My passion is doing portraits, because I feel people are the most beautiful things in the world. But I've been trying to get out of my comfort zone recently, doing different things.
