Prudence is a handmade doll made primarily of pipe cleaners, embroidery thread, Apoxie clay, and puffy paint. She was inspired by a Florida tourist, with their Hawaiian print shirts, crappy flip flops, and decorative sunglasses.

Artist Statement
I have been creating art for as long as I can remember, and I am very excited to be pursuing a degree in Illustration here at SLCC. My long term plans include going to a four year college for soft sculpture, and making art for the rest of my life.
